WHO ARE WE?

1mpact First is a New York based MWBE strategy firm that provides high quality consulting resources capable of adding value on any client and any project. Our leadership team has:

  • Consulting experience having worked at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Booz & Company.
  • Industry experience having been employed at Bridgewater Associates, New York State Department of Financial Services, The Walt Disney Company, and General Mills.
  • Public Sector experience with clients at the Federal, State and Municipal levels. Examples include Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York, NYC Parks and Recreation, NYS Department of Tax and Finance, and the Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Private Sector experience with clients in a wide breadth of industries including Finance, Insurance, Consumer Package Goods, Travel, Education, and Entertainment. Examples include Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, CIGNA, Pitney Bowes, Allstate, University of Phoenix, and Southwest Airlines.

In their time working on Public Sector consulting projects, our leadership team consistently found themselves struggling to find MWBE resources capable of being a contributing member on strategy and execution engagement with smaller team sizes. 

On these engagements, each team member needs to be able to provide a good mix of industry expertise, strategic thinking, client presence, executive communication, and project management. 

1mpact First was formed to fill this gap in the MWBE market. We partner to deliver quality resources who cab contribute and deliver on any consulting engagement.
