Our team is constantly researching RFPs as they are released for bid. We cross reference requirements with our partner’s core competencies and identified growth areas to help bring awareness of potential opportunities. We also maintain contact with our former clients to keep a pulse of upcoming RFPs prior to their release.
Once on the ground, we identify potential account growth opportunities to share with our partners.
We understand through firsthand experience how complex and time consuming RFP responses can be. We provide services in drafting responses ranging from providing general frameworks to specific strategies for a given problem along with credentialed resource bios.
Our leadership team has experience with the Orals process and can assist in preparation or execution.
Finally, we can add value in drafting and reviewing Statements of Work focusing on scope, schedule and budget to evaluate feasibility
