When we provide resources for a role we ensure that they have the same skillset and experience as the teams with them they will be working.
We know that resources are often required to take on multiple roles and integrate their workstream into a larger team effort, matching skills to their peers helps ensure this happens seamlessly.
Our resources fall into the four tiers on the right based on their experience however, we ensure that all have demonstrated a successful track record with client engagements in the following areas:
Proven knowledge, understanding, and experience with program / project management
Active participation and contribution in client discussions and meetings
Preparation of concise, articulate documents and deliverables primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Word
Proven ability and success working both independently and collaboratively to address client needs
Ability to work in stressful environments with tight project timelines
